Palais Elysée – Residence of the French President

The Élysée Palace is the official residence of the President of the French Republic in Paris.

 

It is located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, near the Champs-Élysée. 

 

The palace is open on the French Heritage Days. 

 

The palace is built in 1722.

 

In 1873, under the Third Republic, the Élysée became the official presidential residence. In 1899.
