Jean Claude Brialy

Monthyon is located in the departement Seine et Marne in the region Ile de France.

The castle is built on the ruins of a 12th century castle.

 

The moat has been transformed into a water feature and a double row of French doors allows visitors to admire the park.

 

 

The Château de Monthyon was acquired in 1959 by Jean-Claude Brialy.

He donated it to the city of Meaux in 2007.
